Gynecomastoid hyperplasia는 여성 유방에 발생하는 드문 양성 질환이다. 이는 병리조직학적으로 남성에서 발생하는 여성형 유방 (gynecomastia)과 유사한 특징을 가지며 다양한 영상 소견으로 나타날 수 있다. 특히 조 직학적으로 미세유두상 과다형성 (micropapillary hyperplasia)과 유사하게 보일 수 있어 미세유두상 관내상 피암 (micropapillary type of ductal carcinoma in situ)과의 감별을 요하는 질환이다. 저자들은 조직학적으 로 확인된 여성 유방에서의 gynecomastoid hyperplasia의 증례를 보고하고자 하며, 영상학적 소견과 함께 임 상적 의의에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다.
